This notice describes the current NeverQuitNation.org website.
Information you submit
The site has a signup form for future NQN email updates. It stores your email address, the consent wording version, signup time, source, and an unverified status in a private database attached to the site. No confirmation or newsletter emails are being sent yet. We do not sell this list. There is no customer account registration, checkout, or contact form. If you email NQN, your email address and the message you choose to send are received in our Proton Mail inbox so we can respond. If you contact NQN through Instagram, your message is handled through Instagram. Contacting NQN does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Signup requests and withdrawal
After signup, save the private withdrawal link shown on screen. Using it removes the associated signup request. Duplicate submissions do not replace an existing request or its private link. If you lose your link, contact NQN from the address you submitted to request removal. Requests are retained until withdrawn or removed by NQN; we will review retention before newsletter sending launches. Only the site owner can access or export the list through the administration page.
Spam protection
The form uses a short-lived submission token and request limits. A temporary keyed hash derived from your network address is used for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored in our subscriber database. Expired rate-limit records are removed during subsequent signup processing. Hosting infrastructure may maintain separate technical logs.
Website delivery
This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical information such as IP addresses and requests. Hosting providers govern their own service logs and retention practices.
Instagram posts
Instagram content loads only after you select “Load Instagram posts.” Loading it connects your browser to Instagram. Instagram may receive information about your visit and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. You can instead follow the direct profile link.
Analytics and browser storage
NQN records daily aggregate counts of public page and article views, button clicks, Instagram link clicks, and new signup requests in its own site database. Event records contain the day, event type, page path and count; they do not contain email addresses, visitor IDs or browsing profiles. The site does not set tracking cookies or use local storage. Browser event collection respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Successful signup requests and manual access grants are also counted as operational totals. Access grants do not prove that a PDF was downloaded or read. Temporary keyed network-address hashes help limit event spam, with expired records cleared during later requests. Google Analytics and advertising trackers are not connected.
Free manual access
The free Founding Edition requires email signup and consent to future NQN updates. Email addresses are collected but not verified; email delivery has not launched. After a successful signup, a necessary, secure, HTTP-only cookie allows PDF access in that browser for 24 hours. It contains a signed random access token, not your email address, and is not used for tracking. The download is delivered on the website, not by email. You can withdraw your signup request using the private link shown after signup or by contacting NQN. A saved copy of the manual remains yours to use.
External websites
Proton Mail, Instagram and other external services have their own privacy practices. Review their policies when you visit them.
